DELIVERY & SHIPPING

All deliveries in Barrie and surrounding area are baked and delivered fresh the same day.

Our hours are Monday to Friday 9am -5 pm Eastern Standard Time.

All local/same day (Barrie area) deliveries need to be received by 12 noon to be processed on the same day and delivered. The out of town/overnight orders for delivery the next day need to be received by 1 pm EST to be processed that day and shipped that night for delivery the following day. Normal Monday to Friday deliveries are between 11am and 4pm.

Before placing out of province orders please take into account that out of Ontario ground deliveries could take between 3 to 5 days and express deliveries will take 1 to 3 days depending on the location.

Please be certain the address you are shipping to is correct. A charge from $8.50 will be added for re-routed orders. We are not responsible for lost or undeliverable orders due to a wrong address.

Please note: that shipping costs are based on average weight and size and that they can be more expensive if a package is larger or heavier. We will let you
know before we ship if that is the case, but we will only notify you if the shipping cost is more than $5.00 over that which you have selected.

Overnight deliveries in Canada are baked and sent out overnight for delivery the next day by noon (Monday to Friday). An overnight delivery received over the weekend will not be sent out until Monday night.
